Meeting Scheduled!!

Here is the email I sent out today about the meeting scheduled for Wednesday, October 9th. Please feel free to pass it along to friends, family, neighbors, teachers, etc.....


Hello Friends!!
I am starting to panic...just a bit! I would really like to make a good meeting happen and get hopping on making some big headway for the January 11th Pantene event.

SO, I have put a meeting on the calendar for Wednesday, October 8th at 6pm. It will be taking place at Valley Mills Christian Church (well, I hope it will...have to ask:). For those who are making the drive to the southwest side, this will shorten your trip a bit.

I feel like if we sit down and make some plans and some decisions, then I will feel like the ball is rolling and can check in with people individually on progress in different areas.

If you cannot make the meeting, but wish to participate, PLEASE let me know. All help is much appreciated!!

I have put an email into the Mooresville/Decatur Times regards getting an article in the paper about the event/requesting donations and volunteers AND I emailed the Colts organization....it's a long shot, but....it never hurts to ask!!
